TriCare For Life


TriCare for Life is a Medicare wrap-around coverage for TriCare – Elligible beneficiaries who qualify for both Parts A and B of Medicare.

Coverage with TriCare is automatic when you have Parts A and B of Medicare.

You MUST enroll in Part B of Medicare for your TriCare coverage to work properly. TriCare pays After Medicare in the United States and pays first when care in needed overseas. Enrolling in Medicare Parts A and B is all a TriCare beneficiary needs. They will NOT need a Medicare Supplement or a Medicare Advantage plan, or a Part D plan. Original Medicare and TriCare are Complete health coverage and nothing else is needed.
